These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LaserMentorLab website and participation in any Laser Leadership Academy programs ("Program"). By accessing the website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Program participation is by application and selection only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
If a Program is advertised as sponsored, sponsorship covers only the items explicitly stated in your acceptance email. All other costs, including personal expenses, incidental charges, or optional activities, remain the Participant's responsibility.
Participants must attend scheduled sessions, comply with health and safety guidance, and act professionally. We reserve the right to remove any Participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our Code of Conduct.
All Content is owned by LaserMentorLab or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any Content without prior written consent. Limited personal use for learning purposes is permitted.
Participants may be exposed to confidential business strategies, mentor materials, or other proprietary information. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to use it for competitive purposes.
We may photograph, film, or record Program activities. By attending, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your likeness for marketing and documentation, unless you notify us in writing before the Program begins.
We may modify the agenda, speakers, venues, or schedule due to operational requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide a substantially similar experience.
Participants are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas, and complying with entry requirements. We are not responsible for delays or denial of entry by authorities.
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance. You agree to follow all on-site safety instructions, including clinical observation guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Program Content.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Program or website if you violate these Terms. Termination does not limit any remedies we may have at law or equity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
