This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, mentors, staff, vendors, and guests involved in any Laser Leadership Academy program. We are committed to a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone.
Participants must act professionally at all times. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
All communication should be courteous and constructive. Feedback is welcome, but it must be delivered respectfully and without hostility.
Participants must follow venue rules, clinical observation safety protocols, and any instructions provided by staff or mentors. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Program.
Do not share confidential materials, proprietary strategies, or sensitive information about fellow participants. Respect privacy in all sessions, especially those involving real-world case studies or client interactions.
Recording of sessions, presentations, or private conversations is prohibited without prior written consent. Photography should be respectful and follow venue rules.
Our community is global and diverse. Discriminatory behavior based on gender, race, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Where alcohol is served, responsible conduct is required. We reserve the right to remove any Participant who behaves inappropriately during social events.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please inform a staff member immediately or email academy@lasermentorlab.com.
Violations may result in warnings, removal from the Program without refund (if applicable), and exclusion from future programs.
We may update this Code of Conduct periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
